What is an RSS Feed?

In short, a time-saver! RSS stands for Rich Site Summary or Really Simple Syndication – imagine if someone took the time to clip out all of the articles from your favorite magazines and newspapers (or weblogs), and delivered them straight to your front door.
Here’s a good reason to sign up for our RSS feed: We are Infiniti product and culture freaks! We come to work every day and live, breathe, eat, and sleep the brand and the dealership. The RSS feed is the fastest and easiest way for you to keep current with today’s news.
How does RSS work?
It’s simple, really:
First, you need an RSS reader – but don’t worry, you probably already have one! Almost every email software, whether it’s an online service like Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, or Windows Live (or a program installed on your computer like Microsoft Outlook or Apple’s ‘Mail’), has an RSS Reader built right in. When you sign up for our feed, receiving updates is just as easy as getting an email.
Depending on your software, just going to a website’s RSS feed page will trigger the reader to ask you: “hey, would you like to sign up for this feed?”. Sometimes you’ll just have to configure the RSS feed in your reader – find RSS in the menu and it will ask your for the address of the feed.
The address to our RSS feed is:
http://www.infinitiofmissionviejoblog.com/feed
Enjoy! You’ll automatically be updated every time there’s news – and you won’t have to lift an extra finger to get it.
If the automatic RSS suggestion didn’t come up when you visited our feed and you need help configuring your RSS Reader? Here are some useful links that can help you:
